Infor Document Management (IDM) provides a central repository of documents, with many ways of accessing and uploading documents, for users. Backend Administration for IDM has many available settings and tools, including but not limited to: ACL’s, API’s Control Center, Utilities JAR, and Stream Serve Adapter.·     Learn how regular users can use IDM to benefit them.·     Learn how admin users can use IDM to help benefit their users.

Personalization allows non-technical users the ability to modify the look and feel of a WebUI View. Moving fields, Hiding Fields, re-labeling fields and adding color to fields are several examples. Extensibility is a technical way to make simple changes with no coding or more complex changes such as completely new functions or adding new data to an existing function. Complex extensions require expertise of JavaScript. This session will review Personalization, basic Extensions, and the management of both.

This session will review the CSD required setup for EDI (some new and some legacy), Review the most common transaction sets and how they translate from flat file Processing to BOD processing. We will review ION set up for EDI and review some EDI data flows for EDI processing transactions.
